The two periods of Library
Administration is only possible when supervision relief is supplied. This is
sporadic and unpredictable.

Note 1: Opening before school is not shown, as this would require Time In Lieu to meet the Industrial Award Conditions.
Note 2: Meal breaks are now timetabled, but 'flexible' if TL is required at those times to be undertaking CPT, conducting Teacher Consultations, Issuing network and Portal Passwords, Tracking misdemeanours through the CCTV for members of staff or students, involved with meetings, etc.
Note 3: Q: "What is the expectation of the TL when not 'timetabled'?" (the light blue areas in the graphic). A: "You will be expected to continue supplying ... ummm .... library services".

School Executive as per the Official Minutes of the Executive Meeting of 26/6/07.
