I was horrified to see such slamming condemnation of someone's attempt to help a colleague. It is this sort of comment that brings the profession into disrepute, and is helpful to no-one. Lets all pull together, and not dump on each other!!!

Well said!!! I'm getting fed up with all this negativity. You can't even drop a quick line to one's colleagues without being made to feel like your treading on someone's toes or they treat you like an idiot!!! I'm all for kicking people who make derogatory comments right off this list. What do others think?

Hi, Karen - yes I agree. There are so many postings to this list which are of interest to no-one, we should cut out those who are sending all this crap. Perhaps its time to start thinking about re-writing the list protocols too? And the idiots - they just have to go!

If you have specific concerns regarding the operation of this facility, you should direct them to and not through the list. This may be a good time to remind you that this list is administered by volunteers, who freely give up their time and energy for the benefit of all. We do not believe that calling us "idiots" is appropriate, and therefore have removed those responsible from the subscription list.
